About the Role

This role belongs to Security Solutions, a team responsible for the design, delivery, operation, and maintenance of advanced network security solutions. With our unique expertise in Networking, we deliver, develop, and manage tailored and flexible solutions for our corporate customers throughout Sweden.

As a Network Security Engineer within Check Point, you will work on managing and developing our external Check Point service and also handle other larger customer-placed Check Point solutions. You will be part of our nationwide team. In this role, there may be an opportunity to join on-call duty on a rotating schedule.

This is a permanent position, and we offer a hybrid workplace; the position is located at our headquarters in Kista, or alternatively in Gothenburg, Malmö, Karlskoga, Sundsvall, or Norrköping.

Who Are You?

• have extensive experience working with Check Point products and hold certifications.
• have a post-secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent knowledge gained through practical work experience.
• can express yourself well in writing and speaking in both Swedish and English.
• are a Swedish citizen as you may need to work with classified information.

• we would like you to have experience in project work.

We are looking for someone with a strong drive and a consulting approach. You can prioritize in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with your team, users, and suppliers. You should have a strong interest in technology and system solutions. Furthermore, we see that you are structured, analytical, and have excellent collaboration skills. The work is conducted in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines in a changing and multifaceted system environment, which requires you to be unpretentious and driven. You can and appreciate working with a high degree of freedom under responsibility.
